Education is the foundational aspect of life and should be reflected and
permeated throughout the lifespan of learners. Students should have access to
unabridged and unilateral education across the country. A society benefits when its citizens have access to effective and viable education. Education affects the
privileged of society as well as individuals who suffer from social constraints.
Education is needed to operate large and small businesses and advance a society.
Education is made up of commitments from teachers to instruct and students to
learn. Learning and training is needed in every aspect of society in order to
perpetuate and sustain life. Change in education can occur through a deliberate
revelation of truth in the classroom.
In order for truth to infiltrate the classroom, educational leaders must address basic human development. Human development is a process, which should be addressed and implemented at the early childhood stage. We should be raising adults, not children. In context of my personal motivation to influence school culture, I would change the cultural quality through people focus. The culture of the school can be positively changed to ensure student success through the effects of educational leaders’ decisions on people. Comparatively, educational leaders’ decisions also affect stakeholders in the school. Lastly, an emphasis involving an open-system focus implementation in the school will allow the external societal pulse of the community to weigh in on the success of the students. Challenges in the school will be dealt with in direct relation to changes in the culture.
